QWhat is the advantage of ceramic ball bearing?

The temperature of common bearing is about 160 ℃, and that of ceramic ball can reach over 220 ℃. High rotational speed The ceramic ball has the property of oil-free self-lubricating and the friction coefficient of ceramic ball is small, so the ceramic ball bearing has a very high speed. According to statistics, the speed of ceramic ball bearing is more than 1.5 times that of general bearing. Long life The ceramic ball can be free of any grease, that is to say, even if the grease is dry, the bearing can still operate, so as to avoid the premature damage of the bearing caused by the grease in the ordinary bearing. According to our test and some customers' feedback, the service life of the bearing after using the ceramic ball is 2-3 times that of the ordinary bearing.

QWhat is insulated bearing?

AThe special spraying process is adopted for the electric insulated bearing. The outer surface of the bearing is sprayed with high-quality coating, which has strong binding force with the substrate and good insulation performance. It can avoid the electric erosion of the bearing caused by the induced current, prevent the damage caused by the current to the grease, rolling body and raceway, and improve the service life of the bearing. The process has been improved continuously. In the insulating bearing, there is a layer of 100 μ m thick coating on the outer or inner ring surface, which can withstand the voltage of up to 1000 V DC. The special spraying process can form a layer of coating with uniform thickness and strong adhesion. After further treatment, it can be free from the influence of moisture and humidity.

QHow to inspection of insulation of insulated bearing?

A1. Inspection purpose and scope In order to ensure the insulation performance, it is necessary to measure the insulation of the insulated bearing, including the insulation resistance, shaft voltage and shaft current of the bearing. The purpose of measuring motor shaft voltage is to know the magnitude of motor shaft current; the purpose of measuring motor shaft current is to directly get the value of motor bearing current. 2. Measurement of insulation resistance of insulated bearing The bearing can be measured separately, but it is better to install the bearing on the shaft. Generally, 250V insulation resistance meter is selected. Connect the e-end of the instrument to the shaft; cover the insulated part of the bearing (such as the outer ring) with aluminum foil, bind the aluminum foil with bare copper wire, and then connect with the l-end of the instrument; or install the insulated bearing into the bearing seat or the bearing chamber of the motor end cover. 3. Measurement method of bearing current Install an insulating ring between the bearing at the non shaft extension end of the motor and the casing (put a dry insulating piece between the bearing and the shaft) or use an insulating bearing to ensure the good insulation of the motor bearing.
